St. Augustine’s Day School, Barrackpore, hosted its prestigious Achievers’ Felicitation Ceremony for ICSE & ISC 2025 on 12th May at the Bikash Basu Smriti Convention Centre, celebrating the outstanding accomplishments of its students.
The ceremony commenced with a melodious song performance, setting the tone for an evening of pride and joy. The Principal’s address followed, emphasizing the remarkable achievements of the graduating batch and acknowledging their relentless dedication.
The felicitation of ICSE 2025 students took place in two phases, with an exuberant dance performance seamlessly woven in between. The presence of Chief Guest, Dr. Pabitra Sarkar, added inspiration to the occasion, as he delivered a motivating speech, encouraging students to embrace their future endeavors with confidence and perseverance.
The ISC 2025 students were then honored, punctuated by a mesmerizing English song performance that uplifted the atmosphere. A special moment unfolded when President Ma’am unveiled Panache, a distinguished collection of short stories written, edited, illustrated, and designed by the talented students.
The evening reached its pinnacle with the felicitation of toppers, celebrating extraordinary academic achievements. Meghamitra Das, ISC Humanities topper, secured a 99.5% score, earning State Rank 3, while Afnan Mushtaque and Antarja Ghosh were recognized with State Rank 4.
To conclude the momentous event, Meghamitra Das expressed heartfelt gratitude in the vote of thanks, appreciating the dedication of teachers, the unwavering support of parents, and the brilliance of fellow students.
